Refund policy

We comply with NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Exchange Item:
If you would like to exchange an item you have received, please get in touch with us at help@cauldronandco.com.au
You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (in the same way you received them) using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.
Upon receiving the item, we will process your return excluding shipping costs, and you will be liable for the shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only (not return shipping costs).
Faulty Item:
If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please get in touch with us at help@cauldronandco.com.au
you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (in the same way you received them) using a trackable shipping method. The return item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon receiving the item, we will process your return as a refund or store credit.
Damaged Item:
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at help@cauldronandco.com.au
We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit to use to purchase whatever catches your eye.
All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 7 days of you receiving your order.
